Muar の Otak-otak 1

Muarのotak-otak です。この食べ物はMuarでとても有名です。Muarのotak-otak はマレーシアで一番有名なotak-otakです。たくさん人はMuarに行って、otak-otak を買います。Muarのotak-otak を食べたことがあります、美味しいです。
Otak-otak Muar. Muar is a popular destination for otak-otak—many people from surrounding states often visit to buy the famous otak-otak from here.

これはマレーシアの南方とシアプラでのotak-otakです.形状(けいじょう)は細い(ほそい)です。ココナッツの葉を使います。

Otak-otak from the south of Malaysia and from Singapore is wrapped up as a thin slice using coconut leaf and grilled over a charcoal fire.


マレーシアの北部(ほくぶ)のotak-otakと南方(なんぽう)のはちょっと違います。これはPenangのotak-otak nyonyaです。

In northern Malaysian state of Penang, otak-otak is steamed as a cake in pandan leaf, usually known as otak-otak nyonya.



Otak-otakはchilliesとガーリックと長葱(ながねぎ)(shallots)とうこん(turmeric)とlemon grassとココナッツミルク(coconut milk)をミックスします(mix)。

Otak-otak is made by mixing fish paste (usually mackerel) with chillies, garlic, shallots, turmeric, lemon grass and coconut milk.


Otak-otakを焼きます(やきます)(grill)。いいにおいです(smell good)。
Using coconut leaf wrap the stuffing and grilled over a charcoal fire until the leaves start to char in the middle.
