尋常（じんじょう）のotak-otak は魚のです。でも、Muarでいろいろなotak-otak があります。たとえば、蝦（えび）(prawn)のotak-otak ，鶏肉のotak-otak 、烏賊（いか）(cuttlefish)のotak-otak 、魚の頭のと蟹（かに）(crab)の。

美味しい食べ物。このMuar’のotak-kotakを食べたことがあります。食べたい時、otak-kotakを蒸らします（むらします）。簡単ですよ。一個はRM5.50ぐらいです。

I have ate this kind of Muar’s otak-otak before. My uncle bought this otak-kotak at Muar. Steamed it before you want to eat, it’s delicious. Around RM5.50 per box.
