第三章 : Bidor’s seedless guava, sweet dessert, chicken biscuits and duck drumstick noodles

Bidor は小さい町です。でもたくさん美味しい食べ物があります。Pun Chun Restaurantは一番有名なレストランです。そのレストランの一番有名な食べ物は鴨の腿の麺です。

Herbal soup があるので、その麺はとても美味しいです。

それでは、デザート(dessert)とチキンビスケット(chicken biscuits)もとても有名です。Desserts such as Woo kok, shat kek ma are very famous in Bidor. Woo kok (芋角in Chinese) is made by yam and filled with minced pork, while Shat kek ma (萨其马in Chienese) is egg biscuit with sticky candy.
