第五章: Ipoh

Ipohで有名な食べ物は塩鳥 (salted chicken in English, 鹽焗雞in Mandarin) と萌し鳥 (bean sprout with steam chicken in English, 芽菜雞in Mandarin) 。

塩鳥はちょっと塩味です。
